Ingredients
- 1 red pepper, de-seeded, diced
- 2 avocados diced
- 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, sliced
- 1 red onion, diced
- 1 mango, diced
Preparation method
Mix all the ingredients in a bowl. Garnish with shredded cheese!First time we tried this was on: April 22, 2014!
